Return & Exchanges
To request a return for something you’ve purchased from Steele Rubber Products, contact us directly Monday-Friday 8am-6pm at 800-461-7089 (toll free) or 704-483-9343 (local). Our product specialist will provide you with a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) and instructions for returning part(s) to us.
Part(s) are accepted for return only in the units purchased and with the original invoice.
We cannot accept refund packages sent COD or any method for which there is a charge to us.
If you’ve purchased a part from Steele Rubber Products that does not fit or perform please contact us. If a part is altered or damaged in any way, we will not be able to accept it for return. If you have questions regarding installation of our parts, please call us before altering a part.
We cannot accept returns of products not purchased directly from Steele Rubber Products. Items manufactured by Steele and purchased from a reseller, must be returned directly to the original seller and are subject to their return policies.
Items may be returned at any swap meet that Steele attends. All refunds will be issued once the part(s) return to our facility after the show.
All exchanges of parts will be at our discretion. Only parts originally purchased directly from Steele Rubber Products can be exchanged. For parts with defects we will do our best to provide you with an appropriate replacement part. Our goal is to get the right part for the job!
If we do not have a part to sufficiently meet your needs, we will issue a refund of the purchase price (less discounts). Any request for a refund must be accompanied by the original invoice and the complete part. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Contact our Customer Service Department at 800-461-7089 for a return authorization.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order, please contact us directly as soon as possible. If a package is refused delivery, shipping charges may not be refundable.
We are not responsible for damages caused by incorrect installation, abuse, mishandling, accidents or normal wear. Nor will Steele be responsible for labor charges, inconveniences, or any other expenses associated with parts bought through resellers or Steele.
