Return & Exchanges

With thousands of parts available, occasionally we can make mistakes. If you have purchased a part from Steele Rubber Products that does not fit, contact us directly for an exchange or refund.


  • Parts are accepted for return only in the units purchased and with the original invoice
  • We can only accept the entire package for items sold in pairs or the entire strip for items sold by the foot.

Parts returned must be returned undamaged and re-saleable. If the part is damaged, contact us for instructions. We cannot accept refund packages sent COD or any method for which there is a charge to us.

For parts with defects, we will do our best to provide you with an appropriate replacement part. In some cases, we may exchange a returned part for a similar part when there has been a change to a part listed in our catalog. Our goal is to get you the right part for the job!

If we do not have a part to sufficiently meet your needs, we will issue a refund of the purchase price (less discounts). Any request for a refund must be accompanied by the original invoice and the complete part. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
